Terms of Service
1. Validity of sales conditions
1.1 The terms and conditions of sale apply to the rights and obligations arising from the purchase of goods between PÜR customers (hereinafter the Customer) and PÜR Cosmetics OÜ, registry code 16421821, address Jaama 76, Tartu, 50605, Estonia (hereinafter PÜR).
1.2 In addition to these terms and conditions, the legal relationships arising from the purchase of PÜR products are governed by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
1.3 PÜR reserves the right to make changes to sales conditions and sales prices. The mentioned changes will be reflected on the pür.ee website.
2. Prices
2.1 All prices on the PÜR website are VAT-free.
2.2 The displayed discount percentages are rounded to the nearest whole number.
3. Completion of the order
3.1 To order products, find suitable products and add them to the shopping cart. You can view the contents of your shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the header or footer of the web page.
3.2 It is possible to change the quantities of products in the shopping cart by writing the desired number of products in the quantity field. You can remove products from the shopping cart by clicking on the cross on the same line.
3.3 Before completing the order, please select a suitable delivery method for the delivery of the package.
3.4 To place an order, press the "place order" button. If you are already a registered user of PÜR, please log in to your account. If you are ordering products for the first time, press "register" and enter your contact information.
3.5 To confirm the order, press the "I order and pay" button. You will then be issued an advance invoice, which you can pay immediately by credit card, bank link or bank transfer. An order confirmation and a copy of the invoice will be sent to your email address. Order history and invoices can be managed under the "account" icon.
3.6 We will post the products after payment of the invoice.
4. Entry into force of the sales contract
4.1 The customer binds himself to the order and payment for it after pressing the "order and pay" button.
4.2 The sales contract enters into force from the moment the total amount of the order has been received on the current account of PÜR Cosmetics OÜ.
4.3. The customer has the right within 14 days from receiving the goods or completing the order, if the goods have not yet reached the customer, to notify PÜR of the wish to withdraw from the contract and to demand the return of the entire amount paid. Purchased goods cannot be returned if the ordered goods are made as a special order considering the Customer's personal needs. The returned item must not be used and must be in the original packaging. The direct costs of returning the goods must be covered by the Customer. The goods must be returned within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal request.
Shipping & returns
5.1. After the sales contract enters into force (payment of the customer's invoice), PÜR completes the order and hands it over to PÜR's logistics partner(s) for delivery.
5.2. If you used the domestic Omniva/DPD/Itella Smartpost parcel machine service, the order will be issued from the parcel machine selected by the Customer within Estonia within 1-3 working days. When the order arrives at the parcel machine, a message is sent to the Customer's mobile phone, which contains the location of the parcel machine, opening hours and personal door code. When entering the code on the touch screen of the parcel machine, the door of the parcel machine opens and the Customer receives the package. Shipments are stored in the parcel machine free of charge for 7 calendar days, starting from the arrival of the message on the Customer's mobile phone. The package is then returned to PÜR.
5.2. If you used the domestic Omniva/DPD/Itella Smartpost parcel machine service, the order will be issued from the parcel machine selected by the Customer within Estonia within 1-3 working days. When the order arrives at the parcel machine, a message is sent to the Customer's mobile phone, which contains the location of the parcel machine, opening hours and personal door code. 5.4. If you used the international Itella Smartpost post office service (extends only to Finnish customers), the order will be issued from the customer's chosen post office in Finland within 5-7 working days. When the package has reached its destination, the Customer will be notified of the package's arrival in the mailbox. The parcel is stored at the post office for 14 calendar days, from the arrival of the package at the post office. The package is then returned to PÜR.
5.5. Products damaged during transport, but not product packaging, will be replaced for the Customer. In the event that replacing the product should prove impossible, the Customer will be reimbursed for the cost of the goods.
5.6. PÜR is not responsible for the delay in the delivery of goods if the goods have been handed over to the logistics partner on time, but the delay in delivery is due to circumstances that PÜR could not influence or foresee.
6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1 Products purchased from the PÜR website are subject to a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods. If the product ordered from the e-store does not suit the Customer, he can return it to the e-store.
6.2 In order to return the goods, you must submit an application for withdrawal from the purchase of the goods, the form of which can be found here: application for withdrawal or contact PÜR customer service by sending an e-mail to info@pyr.ee. After receiving the withdrawal statement, PÜR sends the Customer a confirmation of the receipt of the withdrawal statement.
6.3 The purchased product must be returned immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the submission of the product return application.
6.4 In order to exercise the right of return, the returned product must be unused and the product packaging must be intact and undamaged.
6.5 The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods if:
- the product cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene (e.g. make-up, cosmetics, perfumes, hygiene products, nutritional supplements and food products, drinks, blankets, pillows, etc.) or the product has been used or opened or whose use (or non-use) cannot be controlled;
- the content of the order is flowers, floral arrangements or flower bouquets in accordance with VÕS § 53 (4) p. 4;
- the product is mixed or combined with some other product or goods so that they can no longer be separated from each other;
- the product has been used for economic and professional purposes;
- the failure was caused by improper use of the device (failure to follow the instructions);
- the device has been used with an inappropriate voltage;
- the product has mechanical damage or is broken (e.g. due to a fall);
- this is in case of normal wear and tear of the device and errors that do not impair the value or use of the device;
- the device has been repaired by a maintenance person not authorized by the importer.
6.6 The costs of returning the goods are borne by the Customer, unless the reason for the return is non-conformity with what was ordered or scrap goods.
6.7 In case of returning the goods, the amount paid for the purchase will be returned to the Customer as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days from the submission of the withdrawal request. PÜR may refuse to make refunds until the item that is the subject of the contract has been returned or until the Customer has provided evidence that he has returned the item, depending on which occurs earlier.
6.8 PÜR reserves the right to refuse to accept an order or to refuse to fulfill an order, for example, but not only, in the event that the price list is published due to an error or technical failure.
7. Use of purchased goods/products for economic or professional purposes (including legal entities)
7.1 If the purchased product has been used for economic or professional purposes or if the buyer has been a legal entity, then the usual procedure for submitting claims does not apply. In the case of the mentioned cases, as a rule, the time for submitting claims is 6 months or more, if the manufacturer has so allowed. During this period, the product will be replaced or repaired in the event of defects on the part of the manufacturer.
7.2 Products will not be replaced if:
- the product is unfit for use due to health protection or hygiene reasons, or it has been used or opened (cosmetic products, etc.);
- the product is mixed or combined with some other product or goods so that they can no longer be separated from each other;
- the product has been used for economic and professional purposes;
- the product is unfit for use due to health protection or hygiene reasons, or it has been used or opened (cosmetic products, etc.);
- the device has been used with an inappropriate voltage;
- the product has mechanical damage or is broken (e.g. due to a fall);
- this is in case of normal wear and tear of the device and errors that do not impair the value or use of the device;
- the device has been repaired by a maintenance person not authorized by the importer.
8. Liability
PÜR and the Customer are responsible for the damage caused to the other party by violation of these terms and conditions in the cases and to the extent provided by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
9. Force Majeure
5.6. PÜR is not responsible for the delay in the delivery of goods if the goods have been handed over to the logistics partner on time, but the delay in delivery is due to circumstances that PÜR could not influence or foresee.
10. Protection and security of personal data
Information and personal data collected during visits to the PÜR page and ordering are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties. Encrypted data communication with banks when paying for purchases ensures the security of the Customer's personal bank credentials.
11. Procedure for submitting claims
11.1 PÜR is responsible for the non-compliance of the goods sold to the Customer with the contract conditions or defects that appear within two years from the delivery of the goods to the Customer. In the event of product non-compliance or defects, please forward the claim to the email address info@pyr.ee.
11.2 The following must be stated in the claim:
- Customer's name and contact details;
- The date and order/invoice number of the complaint;
- Lack of goods;
- Claim submitted to PÜR;
- A document proving the execution of the transaction or guarantee must be referred to or a copy of it must be attached to the complaint.
11.3 A claim regarding the discovery of non-compliance or defects of the product must be submitted within two months from the discovery of the non-compliance or defect of the product.
11.4 In the event of a defect in the goods, please stop using the goods.
11.5 PÜR responds to the claim no later than 15 days after receiving the claim from the Customer.
11.6 PÜR is not responsible for the occurrence of product defects due to the Customer's fault, for defects that have arisen as a result of improper storage or use of the product. Defects include product defects, but not product packaging defects.
11.7 In the event that the product does not meet the contract conditions, has defects or malfunctions, the Customer has the right to demand repair or replacement of the product. In the event that product repair or replacement is not possible, fails or causes unreasonable inconvenience to the Customer, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and demand a refund.
12. Processing of the client's personal data
12.1. PÜR processes the personal data submitted by the Client in accordance with the requirements established in the Personal Data Protection Act. Detailed information on the personal data processing process can be found on this page.
12.2. The processed personal data are the data requested from the Customer when joining the loyalty program, registering an e-shop account and/or placing an order (first and last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, current account number, shopping cart contents and purchase history).
12.3. PÜR processes the Customer's personal data for order fulfillment (including delivery of order-related notifications), payment for products, delivery of products, preparation and delivery of offers and news.

12.5. PÜR does not forward the Customer's personal data to third parties, except for:
12.5.1. to the company providing the courier service to the extent necessary for the delivery of the products to the Customer or the consumption of the service;
12.5.2. to the suppliers of the products included in the order (customer name and phone number) to fulfill the order and ensure customer service.
12.5.3. In the cases provided in clauses 12.5.1 and 12.5.2, the Customer's personal data is processed only for the purpose of fulfilling the order, and authorized processors ensure the same level of personal data protection as PÜR.
12.6. The customer has the right to consult his personal data at any time and to demand that these data be changed or deleted, unless the law provides otherwise, by contacting PÜR by e-mail info@pyr.ee.
12.7. If the Customer has expressed a desire and consented to receive newsletters and/or personal offers prepared by PÜR, the Customer always has the right to withdraw this consent by sending a corresponding notification to PÜR's e-mail address info@pyr.ee or by clicking on the link indicated for each offer sent by e-mail or SMS.
12.8. The customer has the right at any time to apply for the transfer of his personal data to another data processor by contacting PÜR with a digitally signed request at the e-mail address info@pyr.ee. PÜR has the right to refuse the direct transmission of personal data to another data processor in the event that data transmission to a third party is not safe in PÜR's opinion.
12.9. In the event that the Customer finds that his rights are violated during the processing of personal data within the framework of the loyalty program or in the shopping environment of the e-store, the Customer has the right to appeal to the Data Protection Inspectorate and the court.
13. Dispute Resolution Procedure
If the Customer has complaints about PÜR, they must be sent to the e-mail address info@pyr.ee. If the Customer and PÜR cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. You can familiarize yourself with the procedural conditions and submit an application here. The competence of the Consumer Disputes Committee is to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the Customer and the PÜr. Review of the customer's complaint by the commission is free of charge. The customer can turn to the platform for resolving consumer disputes of the European Union.
